We provide website design, digital marketing, SEO, and branding services tailored to small businesses.

🔹 Deposits & Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any project.

Remaining balance is due upon final delivery, before launch.

Failure to pay balance may result in project delay or cancellation.

🔹 Revisions

3 free revisions are included per project.

Additional revisions are $50 each, billed before revision work begins.

🔹 Ownership & Licensing

Upon full payment, clients own the final website design and content. We reserve the right to showcase projects in our portfolio.

🔹 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Loss of data due to user error

Website downtime caused by third-party tools

Legal consequences arising from client-provided content

🔹 Termination

We reserve the right to cancel services or refuse work if:

Payment terms are not met

Communication becomes unprofessional or abusive
